How the revisit actually holds up

Phasing across planes, not promises across decks.

Spica operates 11 satellites distributed across three orbital planes at 528 km sun-synchronous altitude. Two planes are dedicated to mid-latitude tasking; a third plane carries a dawn-dusk local-time crossing to maintain cadence during eclipse season. Phasing is reviewed quarterly against the published acquisition ledger — we do not move the satellites for marketing screenshots.

The cadence contract is published, not estimated. Every acquisition is timestamped to the millisecond in the open ledger, and every delivered tile carries a verifiable acquisition-to-delivery signature.
